Shortly after you’ve submitted this form, we will contact you by email to confirm that your booking is accepted and to provide payment details. Please note that your booking is not finalised until this email, titled “Bike Weekender – booking accepted” has been sent to you. Please do not commit to flights or any other dependent arrangements for your holiday until you have had this confirmation from us that space for your group is available and has been placed on hold for you.
