Bike Weekender is providing the logistical support to make this fabulous event run smoothly, and will be looking after the transfers, vehicle and ride support as well as all the administration behind the weekend. Bike Weekender are working on a not-for-profit capacity and all funds not used to deliver the weekend will be passed to Thames Hospice as in previous years.

All bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you have read them, as pressing the submit button indicates their acceptance. If you are booking on behalf of a group, please ensure that all details are correct, that all group members are aware of the terms and conditions, and are happy for you to accept them on their behalf. As a tour-operator we offer full financial protection on all bookings, and payment is taken online securely by credit / debit card.

£795pp: – Full Pack = accommodation (half board) and transfers – plus £995 sponsorship

£1,295pp: – No Sponsor Pack = full package, including accommodation (half board) with no sponsorship requirement

The deposit of £395pp will be required to secure your place on this event. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to the event on the 12th July 2024.
